+18 Content Policy

This +18 Content Policy ("Policy") establishes the rules applicable to the creation, publication, display, and monetization of content intended exclusively for individuals over 18 (eighteen) years of age on Myclose.fan, operated by Web2View ("Platform").

It applies to all Content Creators, Users, Subscribers, Sellers, Event Organizers, and other participants of the Platform ecosystem.

The Platform adopts the following principles:

• zero tolerance for content involving minors;
• respect for legality, consent, and human dignity;
• full responsibility of the Creator for published content;
• prevention of abuse, fraud, and exploitation;
• preservation of the Platform's legal, technical, and reputational security.

3.1. Only individuals over 18 years of age, duly verified, may create, publish, or participate in +18 content.

3.2. The Platform may require, at any time:

• identity verification;
• proof of legal age;
• additional participant documentation;
• technical or human validations.

3.3. Absence or inconsistency of documentation may result in immediate content removal, suspension of features, or account termination.

4.1. The Creator declares and warrants that:

• they hold all necessary rights over the content;
• they obtained express, free, and informed consent from all participants;
• the content does not violate third-party rights;
• the content complies with this Policy and applicable law.

4.2. The Creator is solely responsible for:

• content, description, and framing;
• accuracy of information;
• compliance with legal and tax obligations;
• any damages caused to third parties.

Any content that does the following is expressly prohibited:

• involves, depicts, or suggests participation of individuals under 18 years of age;
• depicts sexual violence, rape, or absence of consent;
• promotes sexual exploitation, human trafficking, or modern slavery;
• contains hate speech, discrimination, or humiliation;
• involves bestiality, necrophilia, incest, or illegal practices;
• involves mutilation, torture, or extreme violence;
• is fraudulent, deceptive, or manipulative;
• violates copyrights, image rights, or personality rights;
• violates court orders or legal rulings.

6.1. Co-authored content is any content that features more than one person, whether identifiable or not.

6.2. The Creator who publishes co-authored content:

• is solely responsible for obtaining authorizations;
• must maintain valid and up-to-date documentation;
• is fully liable to the Platform and third parties.

6.3. The Platform may require, at any time:

• image and voice usage authorization form;
• identity documents;
• proof of legal age;
• additional records.

6.4. Revenue sharing among co-authors is the sole responsibility of those involved, and the Platform has no obligation to intervene in or oversee private agreements.

7.1. The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is permitted, provided that:

• there is a clear and visible declaration that the content is generated or assisted by AI;
• the content does not depict identifiable real people without consent;
• it does not simulate minors or illegal situations.

7.2. The use of AI for the following purposes is prohibited:

• deepfakes of third parties without authorization;
• creation of content that violates this Policy;
• deceptive simulation of public figures;
• misleading users about the nature of the content.

7.3. The Creator is fully liable for the use of AI and its legal effects.

8.1. The Wall is a public viewing space and has more restrictive rules.

8.2. Only the following is allowed:

• suggestive or mild content;
• no explicit nudity;
• no sexual acts;
• no violence.

8.3. The Platform may:

• approve, reject, or remove content;
• limit posting frequency;
• suspend access to the Wall.

9.1. Only eligible and verified Creators may conduct live streams.

9.2. During a live stream, the following is prohibited:

• explicit sex, as defined by the Platform;
• illegal or dangerous practices;
• unauthorized use of protected works;
• exposure of personal data;
• participation of unauthorized third parties.

9.3. The Platform may:

• interrupt transmissions;
• apply progressive penalties;
• withhold funds until analysis is complete.

9.4. Live streams are monitored through technical and human means.

10.1. The Platform may:

• monitor content;
• apply automatic filters;
• conduct manual reviews;
• request additional documents.

10.2. Absence of immediate action does not imply acceptance or waiver of rights.

Non-compliance with this Policy may result in:

• content removal;
• suspension of features;
• withholding of funds;
• account termination;
• permanent blocking;
• reporting to competent authorities.

The Creator agrees to indemnify the Platform for any damages, losses, costs, or liabilities arising from:

• violation of this Policy;
• published content;
• misuse of AI;
• failure to obtain consent.

This Policy may be amended at any time. The current version shall be the one published on the Platform.
