Privacy and Data Protection Policy

This Privacy and Data Protection Policy ("Policy") describes how Myclose.fan, operated by Web2View, a private legal entity headquartered in Jaragua do Sul/SC ("Platform"), processes the personal data of its users.

The Platform's services are intended exclusively for persons aged 18 (eighteen) or older, with full legal capacity. Registration, access, or use by minors is not permitted.

If indications of minority, false or inconsistent information are identified, the Platform may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate the account, remove content, and adopt additional verification measures, without prejudice to compliance with legal obligations.

For purposes of Law No. 13,709/2018 (Brazilian General Data Protection Law - LGPD):

• The Platform acts, as a rule, as the Controller of personal data necessary for the operation of the services.
• Content creators, sellers, and event organizers may act as independent Controllers with respect to data they access or collect outside the strictly operational environment of the Platform, assuming their own responsibility, in accordance with the Terms of Use and applicable specific instruments.

The processing of personal data carried out by the Platform is based, as applicable, on the following legal bases:

• Performance of a contract and preliminary procedures (art. 7, V, LGPD);
• Compliance with legal or regulatory obligations;
• Regular exercise of rights, including defense in administrative and judicial proceedings, disputes, and chargebacks;
• Fraud prevention and protection of the data subject, the Platform, and third parties;
• Legitimate interest, considering the balance with the rights and freedoms of data subjects;
• Consent, when required or appropriate, for specific purposes.

Consent, when used, may be revoked by the data subject, subject to legal and contractual limitations.

The Platform processes personal data organized into the following categories:

4.1. Data provided directly by the user

May include, depending on use of the services:

• registration data (name, email, date of birth, username);
• information necessary for identity and age verification;
• banking or financial data for transfers, when applicable;
• communications made with the Platform;
• content, messages, and interactions carried out on the Platform.

The user declares that they will only provide third-party data when they have a legal basis and appropriate authorization.

4.2. Data collected automatically during use

May include:

• access, navigation, and feature usage records;
• IP addresses, date and time of access;
• technical information about the device, browser, and system;
• electronic identifiers, logs, and security events;
• approximate location data, when technically necessary;
• records related to content consumption, purchases, subscriptions, live streams, events, and interactions.

This data is used for security, fraud prevention, auditing, service improvement, and dispute defense.

4.3. Data obtained from third parties

The Platform may receive data from third parties that provide essential services for its operation, such as identity verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, technology infrastructure, communication, performance analysis, and support.

To ensure the security of the ecosystem, prevent access by minors, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and protect users and the Platform itself, identity verification procedures (KYC) may be used, which may involve:

• validation of official documents;
• selfie and proof of life;
• automated and manual consistency analyses.

This data is processed securely, limited to the purposes of verification, fraud prevention, and dispute defense.

Personal data is processed for, among other legitimate purposes:

• enabling the operation of the Platform and its features;
• creating, maintaining, and managing user accounts;
• processing payments, transfers, subscriptions, sales, and events;
• enabling operational communications;
• complying with legal and regulatory obligations;
• preventing, detecting, and investigating fraud, abuse, and illegal activities;
• exercising rights in disputes, refunds, chargebacks, and proceedings;
• improving the experience and security of the Platform.

The Platform may share personal data strictly when necessary, in the following circumstances:

• with service providers acting under its instructions, to enable technical, financial, security, communication, and support operations;
• with financial institutions, acquirers, payment methods, and card networks, for processing, fraud prevention, and dispute analysis;
• with competent authorities, pursuant to legal obligations, court orders, or valid requests;
• to protect the rights, security, and integrity of the Platform, users, and third parties;
• in corporate transactions, such as reorganizations, mergers, or acquisitions, subject to legal safeguards.

The Platform does not sell personal data.

Due to the global nature of the technology infrastructure used, personal data may be stored, processed, or transferred to other countries, including outside Brazil.

In such cases, the Platform adopts appropriate technical, organizational, and contractual measures to ensure that processing complies with standards compatible with Brazilian data protection legislation, including confidentiality and information security obligations.

Personal data will be retained for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes of processing, including:

• legal and regulatory deadlines;
• fraud prevention and investigation;
• dispute, refund, and chargeback windows;
• regular exercise of rights.

After the applicable periods expire, data will be deleted or anonymized, when possible, except in cases of legal retention requirements.

Under the LGPD, the data subject may request, as applicable:

Creators, sellers, and event organizers who have access to users' personal data outside the operational scope of the Platform assume their own responsibility for the processing of such data, and must fully comply with applicable legislation, the Terms of Use, and specific data protection instruments.

This Policy may be updated at any time. The current version will always be the one published on the Platform. Continued use of the services after changes implies awareness and agreement with the updated version.
