This document sets out the conditions and responsibilities for using the myclose.fan platform. Please read carefully before creating your account or using any feature.
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and to the applicable Policies (Privacy, Content, Payments, Reporting, Anti-Fraud, etc.), incorporated by reference.
The Platform is intended exclusively for persons aged 18 or older. The Platform may request age/identity verification and suspend unverified or suspicious accounts.

Responsibilities vary according to the nature of the transaction displayed to the User.
You are responsible for the use of your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Account sharing is prohibited (except for features expressly authorized by the Platform).
Creators are responsible for content, products, and events published. The Platform may moderate and remove materials and apply sanctions in accordance with applicable Policies.
To protect users, Creators, and the integrity of the ecosystem, the Platform may adopt preventive measures upon reasonable indications of: fraud, abuse, exploitation, rights violations, irregular co-authorship, chargeback risk, data breaches, or non-compliance with Policies, including:
These measures do not constitute an admission of guilt nor create a duty to indemnify.
Payments are processed by partners (acquirers/sub-acquirers/PSPs). The Platform may establish reserve windows for chargeback mitigation and fraud risk, in accordance with the Payments Policy.
The Platform does not guarantee financial results, audience, or sales. The Platform is not liable for direct negotiations between Users outside the ecosystem.
You agree to indemnify the Platform for losses arising from your conduct, content, products, events, rights violations, misuse of data, or fraud.
