Age Verification Policy

The myclose.fan platform ("Platform") is intended exclusively for individuals aged 18 (eighteen) years or older, with full legal capacity.

In compliance with Law No. 15,211/2025 (Digital Statute of the Child and Adolescent -- Digital ECA), the Platform adopts mandatory age verification mechanisms for all users. Simple self-declaration is not accepted as the sole means of proving legal age.

This Policy describes the mechanisms, data processed, sharing practices, retention periods, and data subject rights related to the age verification process.

The processing of personal data for age verification purposes is based on the following legal grounds:

• Law No. 15,211/2025 (Digital ECA), Art. 9, Par. 1 -- mandatory age verification mechanisms for platforms that make restricted content available; simple self-declaration is not accepted;
• LGPD (Law No. 13,709/2018), Art. 7, II -- compliance with legal or regulatory obligations by the controller;
• LGPD, Art. 14 -- special protection for children's and adolescents' data.

The Platform uses the following age verification mechanisms:

• Biometric verification -- analysis of an official photo ID and facial biometrics, performed by a certified identity verification partner;
• Registry check -- verification of registration data (CPF) through an authorized third-party service, to confirm legal age;

Pursuant to Art. 9, Par. 1 of Law 15,211/2025, simple self-declaration of age is not accepted as a valid verification mechanism.

In compliance with Art. 13 of Law 15,211/2025, data collected during the age verification process is processed exclusively for the purpose of proving legal age.

• Biometric and documentary data are processed by the certified partner and are not retained by the Platform;
• The verification result (approved or rejected) and the date are recorded in an internal audit log;
• Declared data (date of birth) and data extracted from the document are stored only in the audit record, separate from the user's profile data.

Age verification data may be shared exclusively with:

• Certified biometric identity verification partner, for verification processing;
• Registry check service, for data and age confirmation.

Shared data is used exclusively for age verification. No verification data is commercialized or used for other purposes.

• Verification session data is retained during the verification validity period (6 months or as required by operational needs);
• Audit logs are retained for the period required by applicable legislation;
• After the applicable retention periods expire, data is deleted or anonymized.

Age verification is valid for 6 (six) months or as required by operational or legal needs.

• After expiration, a new verification will be automatically requested;
• Users who do not complete revalidation will have their access suspended until a new verification is completed.

When the verification process indicates the user is underage, the Platform will take immediate measures:

• Registry check (CPF) indicating a person under 18: immediate account suspension;
• Biometric verification indicating a person under 18: immediate account suspension;
• The suspension constitutes compliance with a legal obligation, not a punitive measure;
• Minors have no recourse against the suspension, as it is an irrevocable legal obligation.

Regarding age verification data, the data subject may:

• Check the current status of their age verification;
• Request the history of verifications performed;
• Request deletion of verification data after the retention period ends;
• Revoke consent, subject to legal limits (revocation may result in inability to access the Platform).

The following constitute age verification fraud, among others:

• Use of a third party's identity document;
• Attempted bypass or manipulation of the biometric process;
• Use of a third party's CPF for registry check;
• Any artifice to circumvent age verification.

Detection of fraud may result in permanent account suspension and notification to the competent authorities.
