Terms governing the relationship between myclose.fan and Creators, sellers, or event organizers.
These Creator Terms ("Creator Terms") govern the relationship between Myclose.fan ("Platform") and the user who registers as a Creator, seller, or event organizer ("Creator").
By creating, maintaining, or using a Creator account, the user declares that they have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms.
1.1. Only individuals over 18 (eighteen) years of age, with full legal capacity, may act as Creators.
1.2. Registration as a Creator is subject to identity and age verification (KYC), which may involve submission of official documents, a selfie, and proof of life.
1.3. The Platform may:

2.1. The Creator acts independently, with no corporate, employment, associative, or representative relationship with the Platform.
2.2. The Platform acts exclusively as a technological and financial intermediary, and is not:

5.1. The Creator is responsible for setting prices, conditions, and descriptions, and must act with transparency and good faith.
5.2. The Creator warrants that the offer:
